What a useful demonstration proves
Ask a supplier to trace a late or corrected task event from the source system through its labor record. Observe how the correction is approved, how history is retained and whether a reported productivity figure changes. A dashboard screenshot alone does not answer those questions.

Common questions
Can the weighted score override a mandatory failure?
No. The workbook exposes unresolved mandatory requirements separately. Any change requires explicit owner approval; a high average does not waive it.
Can I add more requirements?
The starting workbook has 50 fixed requirement rows. Adding rows or changing category membership requires updating and retesting formula ranges.
