Campaign measurement and privacy
Updated September 30, 2026.
What the public-site campaign tracker counts
We count page views and checkout-link clicks using a fixed list of campaign names, broad channels (such as LinkedIn or Google), public page names and public product codes. Only daily totals are stored. These are not unique visitors, verified people, orders, revenue or confirmed purchases. Repeated loads, bots, blocked scripts and delivery failures can affect the totals.
What it does not collect
This tracker does not use cookies, local storage, cross-visit IDs or fingerprinting. It does not read forms or collect email addresses, renewal figures, documents, drafts, IP addresses, account IDs, full URLs or full referrers into its analytics records. It does not run inside the authenticated Workspace or sign-in verification pages. We do not join its totals to access records.
Campaign links and choices
Recognized campaign labels travel in public-page links and are passed to Gumroad when you open checkout. Unknown campaign labels are not collected. An untagged return visit cannot be tied to an earlier visit. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track stops this tracker and its link decoration when enabled in your browser. It does not enroll you in a newsletter.
Retention and other systems
Daily campaign totals are retained for up to 90 days and removed by scheduled cleanup. A daily cap limits collection. Hosting infrastructure still processes standard request metadata to deliver and secure the site, and existing Cloudflare Web Analytics and legacy workload request logs are separate systems. Gumroad handles checkout under its own privacy terms. Confirmed purchases must be checked in Gumroad, separately from our click counts.
Salesforce Workspace access records and browser storage are explained on its access page. Questions: info@renewaliq.co.
